Like the majestic Cóndor native to the Andean Region of South America, this rotating seasonal coffee will fly. Four different single origin beans will rotate based on harvest season and availability.
Our current offering is naturally processed Gesha, combining batches with 60h and 240h or fermentation. This coffee strikes a beautiful balances between the fruity notes of naturals and the subtly refined tea notes of a Gesha, lending it a flavor highly reminiscent of peach tea with a round, silky and long finish.
